Heather Morrow, addicted to theatre...

The best Canadian playwright you've never heard of! YET!

It's all about me!

Welcome to the site of Heather Morrow, writer of amazing theatrical work, and working hard at it.

Heather Morrow took drama in high school, decided it wouldn’t be her career...then won a playwriting contest.  Whoops.  She has been writing since 1995 and has had productions with Edmonton’s Carnival of Shrieking Youth, Theatre Network’s NextFest, Walterdale Playhouse and the Edmonton Fringe Festival.  She lived in Scotland for a time, producing her play Take a Bite at the 2007 Edinburgh Festival Fringe, earning great reviews and notoriety for her banana fetish.  She earned her Masters in Creative Writing at the University of New Brunswick, and was the first runner-up in Calgary’s 24-Hour-Playwriting competition in 2009.
